Accessible Services
HAPO Center is ADA-compliant. Accessible seating, restrooms, and parking are available. For special requests, please contact us at (509) 543-2999 or events@hapocenter.com in advance of your event.
Admission
All guests entering the venue must have a valid ticket or credential. There is NO REENTRY.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase at select events. Guests must be 21+ with valid ID. HAPO Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Bag Policy
Bags are subject to search upon entry. Oversized bags or backpacks are not permitted. Small clutch bags 4.5” x 6.5” or clear bags under 12” x 6” x 12” may be allowed.
Cameras & Recording Devices
Professional cameras, detachable lenses, video or audio recording devices are prohibited unless otherwise approved. Policies may vary per event.
Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in ejection without refund.
Concessions
Food and beverage concessions are available for purchase during most events. Outside food and drink is prohibited unless it’s medically approved.
Directions & Parking
HAPO Center is located at 6600 Burden Blvd in Pasco, WA 99301. Parking is available onsite. We may charge for parking for certain events. Please follow signage and staff instructions when entering and exiting the lot.
Dress Code
Shirts, shoes, and appropriate attire are required. Costumes may be subject to additional security screening.
Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, please follow all instructions from HAPO Center staff and security.
Entry Screening
All guests are subject to security screening which may include metal detectors, wanding, and bag searches.
First Aid
First aid services are available on-site. Please notify a staff member if you need medical assistance.
Firearms & Weapons
Firearms, knives, pepper spray, and other weapons are strictly prohibited, regardless of permit status.

Lost & Found
Lost and found is located at Main Office Items will be held for 30 days after an event. Contact us at (509) 543-2999 or events@hapocenter.com for inquiries.
Merchandise
Official event merchandise may be available for purchase at designated areas. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
Mobility Assistance
Wheelchair-accessible seating and entryways are available. For assistance, please contact us in advance.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted:
- Weapons of any kind
- Outside food or beverages
- Illegal substances
- Laser pointers
- Noisemakers, air horns
- Large signs, flags, or banners
- Drones or remote-controlled devices
- Fireworks or explosives
Photography
Flash photography and professional equipment are not allowed unless authorized.
Re-Entry
Re-entry is not permitted.
Smoking/Vaping
HAPO Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted but may be subject to inspection and may need to be stored during the event.

Umbrellas
Compact umbrellas are permitted but may not be opened inside the venue.
Venue Rules
All guests must comply with venue rules and staff directions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
Wi-FiWi-Fi may be available for guests. Please check with Guest Services at the event for availability.
