Our rental prices include tables, chairs, set up, tear down, and clean up (excluding trade shows).

Catering Requirement:

Renters must use an approved caterer for their event. We offer excellent in-house catering services or can provide recommendations for trusted catering companies.

No Homemade Food:

The HAPO center policy does not permit, outside food & Beverage in the facility.

Bar Service & Alcohol Policy:

All alcohol/bar service are provided by the HAPO Center.

Bar Service &Special Event Insurance: Alcohol Policy:

A $2,000,000 special event insurance policy is required. This can be obtained through your current insurance provider

We take care of everything when it comes to the bar and alcohol! You have the following options to choose from:

Pre-Paid Drink Tickets:

You can provide your guests with pre-paid drink tickets (covered by you) for wine, beer, or cocktails. This allows you to control your total spend, as guests will pay with their own cash or card once their tickets are used up. An 18% gratuity fee will be applied to the portion you cover. This is the most common choice for corporate events but works well for any occasion. Typically, each guest aged 21+ receives one or two drink tickets.

Spending Limit with Cash Bar:

You can set a pre-determined spending limit, and once it is reached, the bar will transition to a cash bar where guests pay for their own drinks. An 18% gratuity fee will be applied to your covered portion.

Cash Bar Only:

Guests pay for their drinks throughout the event. No service charge applies for this option.

Pricing starts at:

$7 for beer, $8 for wine, and $10 for cocktails. Prices vary by brand and order.

Are you needing security?

Security Requirements: If your event includes a bar, at least one security guard is required. The number of security personnel needed will depend on your guest count.We offer security services at $35 per hour per guard to ensure a safe and smooth event.

Do you have other electrical needs?

We have standard 15 amp/120 volt wall outlets at your disposal for your event. Anything extra will need to be ordered. (i.e. for DJ equipment or AV needs)
